Please note: This vehicle comes fitted with an Indirect TPM system as standard, but can be upgraded to include a Direct system as an optional extra.
If fitted with the Direct system it uses a Huf sensor as standard, but it is known that some models have a Schrader OE sensor fitted. If you are experiencing troubles scanning your sensor for the Volkswagen Crafter option or the sensors will not relearn to the car, then please try and scan or program them using a Mercedes Sprinter 2014. The Mercedes Sprinter 2014 uses the Schrader protocol so this should resolve the issue.
